Boots Policy
CUSTOM BOOTS: We make hand crafted footwear -this takes TIME. We do not make machine made/calibrated, assembly line products. "CUSTOM" Boot making requires your participation in the process to achieve desired results. We do all to make the best boots according to your specifications.
Once paid the process takes a minimum of 8 month following the moulding of your foot.
Once paid you will be invited for a moulding appointment.
If you are ordering internationally or from another province, we will guide you to meet one of our moulding specialist.
Once paid you will receive a more specific GOOGLE FORM link to validate your customization and specs
We guarantee all manufacturing defects. Perfect Fit, comfort and excellence is our priority. Occasionally, as with tailor made clothing, made-to-order skating boots may need alterations/modifications, therefore we reserve the right to modify or remake the items as necessary. This is the process by which correct sizing/customizing is achieved.

REFUNDS: We DO NOT offer refunds. Please understand the nature of the product.
RETURNS: We are happy to assist with return items for adjustments and modifications only according to the original order specs within 30 days of receiving them. If we made a mistake we will adjust, modify or remake as needed to get as close as possible to an ideal
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION # is necessary in order to return a product. We cannot accept responsibility if the order can not be tracked in our factory if it is returned back to us without this return number.
DESCRIPTION - NATURAL BEAUTY/FIT: All our boots are handmade-this means hands only, except the sewing machines our hands use to make the boots. Leather and computer monitors will vary the colors slightly. Due to the handmade process there may be variations and asymmetry that add to the uniqueness in fit & natural beauty of a handmade product, this will/cannot be considered a reason for return. And in fact are proof of the handmade nature and to be considered a source of pride.
CANCELLATIONS: All custom boots are made and assembled to your order specifications. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours and the order has been put into the production system.
BACK ORDERS -Occasionally, we may run out of stock of a particular item, in which case the item may be back ordered or, if you wish, exchanged for another item or refunded if we will not restocked.
DELIVERY: Generally, our normal delivery for CUSTOM boots will take about 8 to 10 month. Please review before placing order if you have a deadline to meet.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you are ordering internationally-please be aware of your countries import policies. We are not exporters. It is your responsibility.
